Your Impact

As SPA Manager, your role will be key in creating a relaxing environment for guests while leading your team to consistently provide exceptional service. You will ensure the spa runs smoothly, from keeping the facilities spotless to managing schedules and inventory effectively. Staying ahead of wellness trends, you'll introduce new treatments and programs to delight guests and enhance their experience. Your passion for hospitality will shine through in every interaction, building loyalty and creating lasting memories.

Your Journey So Far

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

1.    Experience: proven experience as SPA Manager or equivalent in the cruise industry, with a proven track record of successful team leadership and operational excellence. 2.    Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least two additional European languages, enabling you to connect effortlessly with our diverse guests. 3.    Expertise: Strong knowledge of spa therapies, beauty treatments, and wellness trends. 4.    Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic, frenetic environment while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction. 5.    Leadership: A history of motivating teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and exceptional service.  

Your Essentials

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 1.    Qualifications: Certification in spa, wellness, or hospitality management is highly desirable. 2.    Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. 3.    Operational Skills: Proficiency in managing spa software, inventory, and budgets. 4.    Availability: Willingness to embark on long-term contracts at sea and adapt to the unique lifestyle of working onboard a cruise ship. 5.    Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for wellness and delivering transformative guest experiences.
