ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.

Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.

The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB

Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager and their assistants, you will be responsible for:

• Organizing the setup of the service areas and dining room,

• Ensuring an exceptional guest experience,

• Advising guests with your excellent knowledge of the menu and products,

• Performing service according to professional standards: taking orders, setting up tables according to the orders, clearing, and resetting,

• Managing your assigned section: replenishing bread and beverages, keeping tables orderly and clean to ensure a pleasant dining experience,

• Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service,

• Ensuring all areas are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality),

• Following and respecting aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming, table setup).

ABOUT YOU                 

You have proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role. You have an excellent professional appearance, and you are dynamic and motivated.
You possess strong organizational skills, work efficiently, and demonstrate a good team spirit and interpersonal ease. You are attentive to detail and responsive to guest needs.

Knowledge of Micros systems is a plus.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.
