Ristorante Vignamare and Terrazza Praié are looking for a motivated and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone who has solid kitchen experience, a strong desire to grow, and the ability to support daily operations in a fast-paced, high‑quality environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure all mise en place is completed efficiently and on time.
  • Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.

Support smooth kitchen operations during service, including communication with other sections.

Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and help with inventory management.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or high‑volume kitchen.

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
