The Capri Palace Jumeirah *****L is looking for Hostesses for its three restaurants (L'Olivo – 2 Michelin stars, Il Riccio, and Zuma).
The selected candidate for the 2026 team will be responsible for back-office activities, guest management in the dining area, and cash handling. The position reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.
- Previous experience as Chef de Rang / Chef d'Étage / Hostess in starred restaurants and luxury hotels
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Good knowledge of gastronomy
- Familiar with restaurant service standards and in-room dining procedures
