🎯 What You’ll Do

As our new Tour Operations Specialist, you'll ensure the smooth execution of our small-group tours by:

• Coordinating all logistics: accommodations, local guides, transport, activities

• Building and nurturing relationships with local partners

• Negotiating contracts and securing the best services at fair prices

• Supporting the development of new destinations

• Acting as a key point of contact for real-time support during tours

You'll work closely with our international team and have the opportunity to shape meaningful travel experiences in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and new destinations to come.

🌟 What You Bring

• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills

• Experience working with service providers in at least one of our destinations

• Tech-savvy and curious about digital tools

• A collaborative spirit and can-do attitude

• Fluent in English + at least one of the following: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Greek

• Willingness to travel during peak seasons (Mar–May, Sep–Nov)

💡 Bonus Points For:

• Prior tour operations experience in the Mediterranean region

• A background in tourism, hospitality, or travel coordination
