Job title: Stage Front Office
Reports directly to: Front Office Manager
Overall Job Purpose
The Stage Front Office will gain practical experience in customer service, guest relations, and administrative tasks, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The intern will work closely with the front office team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, upholding the company's standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
Principal Accountabilities
· Greet and welcome guests, visitors, or clients in a professional and friendly manner.
· Answer incoming phone calls, screen and forward calls, and take messages accurately.
· Manage and process reservations, appointments, or bookings.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and faxes.
· Liaise with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, sales, management) to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless operations.
· Support the front office team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
· Address inquiries and provide information about the company, services, or local area.
· Assist with a wide range of guest requests and resolve issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
