ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.

Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.

The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be the first point of contact and the lasting impression for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and impeccable service throughout their stay. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests from arrival through to departure,

• Answering phone calls and managing reservations accurately,

• Informing guests about stay conditions, services, and local activities,

• Handling billing, payments, and various administrative tasks,

• Promoting the property and contributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty,

• Helping achieve the department’s qualitative and quantitative objectives,

• Carrying out any additional tasks assigned by management.

ABOUT YOU

• Well-groomed appearance, strong service mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills,

• Attention to detail, team spirit, and initiative,

• Experience in hotel reception, ideally within a high-end establishment,

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera software is an advantage,

• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus,

• Availability, flexibility, and motivation to thrive in a demanding environment.
