Front Office Internship – Gallery Hotel Art

Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented Front Office intern to be part of the Lungarno Collection Team. Our research is aimed at professionals with the innate ability to be impeccable "hosts", to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity and personalization.

The contemporary Gallery Hotel Art is a 4 star design and boutique hotel in Florence dreamed up by Michele Bönan, a refined Florentine architect, and offers a favorite local meeting place in the heart of Florence amongst fashion, art, and stylish people.

Set in a quiet courtyard near the Arno and Ponte Vecchio and close to Palazzo Strozzi in Florence, you may experience art and photography vernissages, enjoy a few quite moments in the inviting lounge-library, or indulge in culinary Eastern delights at the Fusion Bar & Restaurant.

The trainee will be performing an internship in the department for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the department activities. His/her responsibilities will include: learning how to welcome guests, how to do check-ins and check-outs, guest relations, concierge activities, how to support the department in day-by-day tasks and the general procedures and activities of hotels.
