An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Reservation Agent to join the summer season 2025 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Handle reservations and special requests with precision and professionalism, adhering to LQA standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and personalized service.
- Maximize revenue through strategic upselling of rooms, packages, and experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of booking details, payment information, and guest preferences.
- Resolve reservation-related issues efficiently to uphold guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
The ideal candidate has:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Reservations role
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems and distribution channels
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs / Opera
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and ambition to grow internationally
- Proficient in Italian and English, a third language would be an added advantage.
