- Support in handling customer inquiries
- Assist with lead qualification processes
- Contribute to the creation of commercial offers
- Support contract negotiation for groups and events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth event operations
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset – you enjoy being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Registered in the protected categories (Law 68/99)
- Good communication skills in both German and English; you are confident speaking and writing in both languages
- Motivation and curiosity to learn – you're eager to grow through the onboarding experience and beyond
- A hands-on attitude – you like to explore topics in depth and take initiative
- Previous experience in a similar environment (even through academic projects or part-time jobs) is considered a plus
