Kordie is growing its blended learning offering (online + multi-city in-person) and hiring a Partnerships Manager to secure, grow, and support strategic partnerships that expand our reach and build brand awareness.
What you’ll do
- Source & qualify partners across venues, hotel groups, associations, tech vendors, media/press, and DMOs.
- Own outreach & negotiations end-to-end: value props, packages (paid + in-kind), and agreements.
- Support & scale existing partnerships: track deliverables, renewals, and expansions; ensure partner satisfaction.
- Run co-marketing: logos/copy, UTM links, timelines, approvals; report impact on awareness, attendance, and program adoption.
- Maintain a clean pipeline: CRM hygiene, notes, weekly status; collaborate with ops/legal on MOUs and simple contracts.
- Coordinate activations (virtual or on-site as needed): branding, entitlements, comps, lead capture, partner workshops.
Work globally with content, sales, and program teams to align speakers, activations, and audience growth.
What we’re looking for
- Industry-minded: You know the hospitality ecosystem (venues, hotel groups, associations, tech vendors) and want to grow your career in this industry.
- Proactive operator: Self-starter who drives deals forward, manages many partners at once, and communicates clearly across time zones.
- People & comms: Excellent listener and presenter; comfortable speaking with people from different countries, backgrounds, and business types.
- Negotiation & follow-through: Strong organiser with sharp negotiation skills; dependable on deadlines and delivery.
- AI & innovation: Confident user of AI tools to improve efficiency and speed (research, outreach drafting, meeting notes, simple assets/one-pagers); genuine interest in innovation/next gen hospitality is a bonus.
- Tools & hygiene: CRM discipline, tidy docs/UTMs, solid Google Workspace.
- Languages: Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Setup: Hybrid/remote; occasional travel helpful but not essential.
We also welcome applications from final-year students or recent graduates for a part-time Partnerships Assistant track (15–20 hrs/week). You’ll support research, outreach, co-marketing and CRM while learning how partnership deals are done. Fluent English required; additional languages a bonus.
Why join
- Global exposure: collaborate with partners across Europe and beyond.
- Top counterparts: work with top hospitality tech leaders, major hotel groups, DMOs, and leading media.
- Ownership & impact: drive brand awareness, forge impactful partnerships, and create opportunities for current and next-generation hospitality leaders worldwide.
- Learn fast: AI-powered workflows, clear playbooks, senior mentorship.
- Flexibility: hybrid/remote role with occasional travel if helpful.
