Amusement Specialist (addetto alla sala giochi)

Your Purpose

As an Amusement Specialist, you are the driving force behind the energy and excitement of the amusement area. You will actively engage with guests, offering guidance and assistance to ensure they enjoy every moment of their experience. From explaining game rules and encouraging participation in activities to promoting special offers and events, your role is to create an inviting atmosphere that sparks joy and engagement. Working closely with the Head of Amusement, you’ll also maintain the functionality of the equipment by addressing minor technical issues, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your presence will make the amusement area a hub of fun, leaving guests with lasting memories of their time onboard.

Your Journey So Far

We’re looking for individuals who bring passion, expertise, and enthusiasm to the role. To be successful as an Amusement Specialist, you should: 1.    Have prior experience in a similar position, such as amusement operations, arcade management, or customer-facing entertainment roles. 2.    Demonstrate fluency in English (at least b1 level)  and at least two of the following languages 3.    Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. 4.    Show familiarity with amusement equipment or a willingness to quickly learn the technical aspects.

Your Essentials

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 1.    A welcoming and enthusiastic attitude with a strong guest-focused mindset. 2.    fluency in English and at least two of the following languages 3.    Flexibility to work in a dynamic cruise environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 4.    Physical ability to move throughout the amusement area and perform minor machine maintenance. 5.    A team player with a proactive approach to promoting offers and solving guest challenges. 6.    A passion for entertainment and creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
