Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong knowledge of the European market and the MICE segment.🎯 Main Objectives:Increase revenue from the INDIVIDUAL and MICE segments, primarily from the European market and beyond.Develop and maintain business relationships with agencies, corporations, DMCs, GSOs, and event/wedding planners.Promote the hotel as a premier destination for meetings, conferences, and incentive travel.Promote the hotel as a luxury holiday destination.Promote the hotel as a top-tier wedding venue.📌 Key Responsibilities:1. 🧠 Required Skills

• Solid experience in the industry, preferably in an international context, with knowledge of the Lake Como area dynamics.
• Strong familiarity with Marriott sales systems and networks.
• Excellent knowledge of the European market and its trends.

Language & Soft Skills

• Fluent English (other European languages are a plus).
• Strong customer and results orientation.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client portfolios and set objectives independently.
