NH HOTEL GROUP is looking for some young and talented people who would like to have an INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE in FRANCE!
The selected person will support the team of the Front Office for all aspects of Front Desk operation in order to maintain the high standards required meeting the Company and Guests expectations.
In particular, the resource will:
• operate the switchboard, answering and transferring calls as promptly as possible;
• doing check in and check out;
• liaise closely with other departments ensuring that all relevant information is communicated promptly and accurately;
• give accurate information to guests.

- High level of French and English
- Availability to work in shifts and on weekends.
- Customer orientation (care)

- Communication and relationship capacity at different levels (ease)
